Gellée; genannt le Lorraine) wurden von Richard Earlom in einer ungewöhnlichen künstlerischen Kombination von Umrißradierung und Schabkunst bearbeitet, welche insbesondere auch die Wiedergabe von Nuancen, Schattierungen und Stimmungen ermöglichte.
